Beautiful Day

Yasuko and Koby were up early to go to school, I got up at 9:00am and I woke up Evan at 9:30am, I made ham and cheese omelets and toast for breakfast, and then we went for a walk, I took off my hoodie a little ways into the walk and enjoyed the cool air in a short sleeve shirt, it is beautiful today, blue skies and not a cloud to be found.

Yasuko got home for lunch at 12:15 pm and took the clothes outside to dry, she has to go back at 1:30 pm. Evan and myself played with Legos until the kids got out of school, and then we all went out and played until dark, these Japanese kids love me here, probably because I play with them.

A neighbor gave us 2 bicycles that he no longer needed, we offered to pay, but he denied it, in Japan you have to pay to get rid of large items, so we are actually doing him a favor by taking them. One bike is a mountain bike perfect for me, and the other is a bike that is popular here that folds up, and will be just right for Koby. There is another neighbor that has a bike that he is wanting to get rid of that Yasuko can have, then we will all have bikes, except Evan, although Evan needs to practice more with training wheels.

Yasuko prepared dinner and then left to go to Yoga tonight. The boys and myself ate dinner and got ready for bed, so Yasuko would not have anything to do when she got home except eat.
