Rainy Days

Everyone slept late today, we were still eating breakfast when the doorbell rang about 4 times with kids wanting to play with Koby and Evan, I did all of my computer activities until noon when Norman called and said that he was going to have to get his bike worked on before he could go riding. The weather started off nice this morning but quickly became dark and cloudy.

The winds picked up and the rain and thunder started, I guess it was good that Norman didn't come today, we might have got caught in some bad weather on the way back from our bike ride. Instead we took a trip into town to check out some recycle shops. Yasuko has been wanting a cabinet to store the dishes that we have, so we looked around. Most of the stuff they had seemed to be expensive to me, but there was a few items that was reasonable,

I saw some ski's and snowboards, so maybe that will be a good place to get some started equipment for the coming winter season. After we got through looking around at the recycle shops I asked Yasuko if she wanted to see where Ueo-sans restaurant was at, she said yes, so we drove there next and he was inside so we stopped for a bit and talked and looked at the place. It really looked different than the last time I saw it, he should be ready to open soon.

After we left Ueo-sans restaurant we went to kaiten sushi, which is a sushi restaurant with the food traveling around the tables on a conveyor belt, the plates are different colors depending on the price of the item thats on it, so you just grab what you want off of the conveyor belt, and when your done they count the plates and you get charged by the plates you ate. Our dinner came to about $35 for all four of us.

After dinner we came home and just relaxed until bedtime.
