Mother's Day

Up again at 8:00 am with a breakfast of toast and coffee, I met Ueo-san outside at 9:00 am to go to Yoshitake-sans house to load up the truck with things we need to take to the new restaurant. As I predicted Ueo-san was not feeling good at all, and said he had a headache and felt nauseous. I felt fine because I paced myself. The truck was a large one that Ueo-san had borrowed from the Kitayama family.

We separated the things that would be brought to the restaurant and the items that were to be brought to Ueo-sans house, since Yoshitake wants all of Ueo-sans things out because he is going to remodel the storage place and make it part of his house. Nothing was really that heavy except the freezer box and took 3 of us to lift it onto the truck, I was extra careful not to hurt my back. Once we had the truck off we went, Ueo-san called a friend to meet us there, so he could help us unload. Unloading went quick and we were pretty much done by noon, I was anxious to get back to call my friend Norman to see if he wanted to ride mountain bikes today.

After we were done carrying all of the things to Ueo-sans house, we parted company but not before he invited us to his house to eat on Thursday, he also gave us a microwave oven, table for our living room, and numerous dishes in payment for me helping him., I didn't need any payment but it was nice, and we needed the items he gave us. I called Norman, but he said that he forgot that it was Mother's Day and was going to take his wife Ikuko shopping, and that we would re-schedule for another day. Oops I forgot it was Mother's Day also, but Mom if your reading this, I love you and miss you!! HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!
